These terms apply to the AI Visibility service operated by OpenSiteCheck. By starting, purchasing, or using a report, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and LATTY INTERACTIVE LLC, which operates AI Visibility by OpenSiteCheck. By submitting a website, purchasing a full report, approving report details, starting AI checks, accessing a report, or using a download, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. The service is intended for business and professional use, not personal, family, or household use.

What the service provides
The free public-beta service reviews a bounded set of public website pages, prepares editable business details and three buyer questions, checks each approved question twice through OpenAI, performs one separate approved business-name lookup, and creates a report from the resulting website and provider evidence.
The service is capacity limited to one accepted report start per connection IP address per UTC day, ten accepted starts across the service per UTC day, and two active report jobs at once. These controls may block a legitimate visitor on a shared network. We may change, pause, or end free or beta access to protect the service, providers, target websites, or users.
The service may be interrupted, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Pages may block automated requests or fail to load, and providers may fail to return an answer. Where possible, an unavailable check is shown as unknown rather than converted into a negative finding.
What a report means
A report records selected public website evidence and AI answers returned during one run. Every repeated answer is reported separately. A business mention requires an approved name in retained answer text or a hostname match for the verified official website in the answer, sources, or citations.
Answers may differ by provider, model, date, location, account, and product interface. A report is not a rank tracker, an exhaustive website audit, legal or professional advice, or a promise of recommendations, citations, traffic, leads, calls, sales, or revenue. It does not establish what a consumer AI application will show later.
You are responsible for checking source pages, business details, report findings, and third-party answers before acting on them. AI Visibility does not edit, publish, or test changes on your website.
Report access and retention
A free report belongs to the browser session that started it. Protect access to that browser and any downloaded report. Clearing the site's cookie, using another browser, or losing the browser session removes access because the free beta has no account, email recovery, or support-assisted ownership transfer.
A paid report includes an unlisted private link that works without the original browser session. Anyone who receives that link can open the report and its downloads, so you are responsible for sharing and storing it carefully. We do not promise identity verification, access revocation, or replacement of a lost private link.
When available, you may optionally verify an email on a paid workflow to receive a payment confirmation and a report-ready message containing the private link. Email is not required, is not a free-report recovery method, and does not create an account. Delivery can be delayed, suppressed, or unavailable, so you remain responsible for retaining browser and private-link access.
Reports, selected public-page evidence, provider answers, and associated workflow records are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the report starts. Keep any customer-facing download you need before then. We may remove data sooner when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a valid legal request, or a target-owner concern.
Payment, delivery, and refunds
The full report is a one-time digital purchase for $7.99 USD. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge. PayPal processes the payment and shows the total before you approve it. The amount charged by OpenSiteCheck is $7.99 USD; your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or account fees.
A verified PayPal capture unlocks the paid workflow in the browser that started the report. The purchase includes five buyer questions checked twice in Gemini, OpenAI, and Perplexity, one approved business-name lookup per provider, the gathered website-fix details, and an unlisted private report link. Payment does not start the final AI checks automatically: you must first review and approve the business details and all five buyer questions.
Delivery begins when the verified payment unlocks that review step and is complete when the paid report or a customer-safe partial report is made available at its private link. Processing can be delayed by website, provider, network, or capacity failures. An unavailable third-party answer is reported as unknown and does not by itself mean the paid report was not delivered.
If you verify an optional paid-report email, failure or delay of the verification, payment-confirmation, or report-ready message does not prevent checkout, payment fulfillment, processing, or delivery at the private report link.
If our service cannot deliver a paid report after a verified charge, contact support@opensitecheck.com with the private report link or the information reasonably needed to locate the purchase. We will first try to complete delivery. If we cannot deliver because of a failure in our service, we will refund the $7.99 charge to the original PayPal payment method. We will also refund a verified duplicate charge.
Because AI answers and website findings are dated observations rather than promised outcomes, we do not provide refunds merely because a report contains an unavailable third-party answer, does not mention the business, names another business, identifies fewer or different findings than expected, or does not produce a desired ranking, citation, lead, or result. This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. PayPal or the payment provider controls when an approved refund appears in the original account.
Submitted content, reports, and ownership
You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to access, reproduce, analyze, transmit, and temporarily store submitted URLs and selected public-page content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the service, enforce these Terms, and respond to valid requests.
We do not claim ownership of target-site content. OpenSiteCheck and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, design, branding, documentation, and report methodology. Subject to these Terms, you may use and share the customer-facing content of your own report for your business, but you may not present it as a certification, legal opinion, provider endorsement, or guaranteed outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access private networks or authenticated pages; evade report limits or security controls; automate excessive requests; overload a target website or provider; interfere with another user; discover, access, or share another user's report; test stolen credentials; submit unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or harmful material; reverse engineer or copy the service; or systematically extract and redistribute its prompts, templates, software, or report data.
We may block access, stop a report, or remove data when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, a reversed or invalid payment, a target-owner request, or a material breach of these Terms.
Important limitations and disclaimers
AI answers, source lists, business details, and generated findings can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The service checks only selected pages and configured provider API routes at a particular time. It does not control a provider, search result, source website, model update, or consumer application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the free service, beta features, reports, downloads, and site are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, a specific completion time, detection of every issue, availability of every page or provider, fitness for a particular purpose, or a business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, business interruption, or data, even if advised that those damages are possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a paid report will not exceed the amount paid for the report giving rise to the claim, and our total liability for the free service will not exceed US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or to fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
You are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful submission, lack of authorization, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of a report, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension, termination, and service changes
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security or legal risk, prohibited content, a target-owner request, or a material breach. We may change or discontinue free or beta features. You may stop using the service at any time.
Terms that by their nature should survive continue after access ends, including provisions about report use, ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and retained records. We may update these Terms for product, security, operational, or legal reasons. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise, and the effective date above identifies the current version.
Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party will give the other written notice and 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Subject to any court jurisdiction that cannot be waived, the state courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
